Yoga Therapy is a collaborative process that explores the interrelationship of body, breath, mind, and spirit. It invites a level of awareness that gently reveals the beliefs, patterns, and conditioned ways of being that may contribute to imbalance or suffering.

Through the skillful use of breath, movement, meditation, and self-inquiry, Yoga Therapy supports healing and integration across all dimensions of your being.

What to Expect

Yoga Therapy sessions are student-centered and individualized. Each session is thoughtfully designed to reflect your unique needs, interests, and intentions.

In our work together:

  • I serve as a guide and partner in your process of self-discovery and healing.

  • I do not diagnose or treat medical conditions. Instead, we explore practices that support optimal well-being and greater internal balance.

  • Our focus extends beyond symptom management to the underlying patterns that contribute to “dis-ease.”

  • Health and healing are understood as a movement toward greater integration and personal wholeness.

Who Is Yoga Therapy For?

While anyone can benefit from Yoga Therapy, it is especially supportive for those motivated to create meaningful change.

I often work with individuals and groups navigating the “challenges of being human,” including:

  • Stress

  • Depression

  • Anxiety

  • Trauma

  • Low self-esteem

  • Life transitions

Because connection matters, I encourage those considering Yoga Therapy to research and interview practitioners to find the right fit. The training of a Yoga Therapist differs significantly from that of a Yoga Teacher and it is appropriate to inquire about background and preparation.

Commitment and Process

Yoga Therapy is a process, not a quick fix. While a single session may offer insight and direction, meaningful change typically unfolds through continued exploration and personal practice between sessions.

All sessions are offered via Zoom.

Investment

Individual session (90 minutes): $125
Three-session package (1–1.5 hours each, to be used within 8 weeks): $335

For off-site or group Yoga Therapy rates, please inquire directly.

All sessions are by appointment. Comprehensive intake forms are required prior to the first meeting and will be provided upon scheduling.
