Authenticity, Balance and Truth
“As I often tell my students, the person you’ll have the hardest time opening to and truly loving without reserve is yourself. Once you can do that, you can love the whole universe unconditionally.”

Mentoring and Yoga Therapy
Mentoring and Yoga Therapy
Connection and chemistry matter. Learning is a co-creative process. In my role as mentor, teacher, and yoga therapist, I see my primary responsibility as supporting you in recognizing your strengths – so you can discover your authentic voice and reconnect with what genuinely matters to you.
While yoga is something that can be taught, it is ultimately something to be lived. As yoga professionals, we often find that our personal and professional lives are deeply intertwined. To tend one is to tend the other. The teachings of yoga inform how we live, and life itself continually shapes how we teach. Supporting others requires an ongoing willingness to grow ourselves.
Through practice, many yoga students come to experience a sense of self that extends beyond the body. This unfolding can awaken a desire to live with greater clarity, integrity, and purpose. Yoga, at its heart, is a journey toward wholeness—one that emerges through self-understanding, compassion, and self-love. As we live more in alignment with who we truly are, a deep sense of wholeness naturally arises.
I often liken this journey of self-discovery to hiking a mountain—beautiful, demanding, and filled with both ease and challenge. Life includes joy and sorrow, effort and rest. Learning to meet these polarities with awareness and compassion is the yogic path. Cultivating self-compassion is central to my approach and forms the foundation for creating a safe, supportive, and courageous space for both mentoring and yoga therapy.

Let go of the battle. Breathe quietly and let it be. Let your body relax and your heart soften. Open to whatever you experience without fighting.
