Mentoring and Yoga Therapy
Connection and chemistry matter. Learning is a co-creative process. In my role as mentor, teacher, and yoga therapist, my primary responsibility is to support you in recognizing your strengths, so you can discover your authentic voice and reconnect with what genuinely matters.
While yoga can be taught, it is ultimately something to be lived. For many yoga professionals, personal and professional life are deeply intertwined. To tend one is to tend the other. The teachings of yoga shape how we live, and life itself continually refines how we teach. Supporting others calls us into ongoing self-reflection and growth.
Through practice, many students begin to experience themselves as more than body or role. This unfolding often brings a desire to live with greater clarity and integrity. Yoga, at its heart, is a journey of integration — cultivated through self-understanding, compassion, and steady awareness.
I often liken this path to hiking a mountain: beautiful, demanding, and marked by both ease and challenge. Life includes joy and sorrow, effort and rest. Learning to meet these polarities with awareness and self-compassion is central to my approach. From this foundation, we create a space that is safe, supportive, and courageous — whether in mentoring or yoga therapy.
