In the Midst of Things: A Day of Practice and Integration
Life doesn’t pause on its own.
This day offers a chance to step into a different rhythm—to practice, to rest, and to notice what is here.
Through movement, breath, and quiet reflection, we’ll explore what supports steadiness and ease in the midst of daily life.
You’re welcome whether you practice regularly or simply feel the need for a day to unwind.
Expect somatic movement, gentle flow, and optional holds to support strength.
We’ll include breathing practices, restorative yoga, time for silence, and moments of facilitated conversation, along with mudra. Chairs will be available.
Everything is optional. Whether you’re new to practice or experienced, you are invited to meet yourself where you are.

In-person, Outdoor Summer Practice — Foster, RI
A Summer Series for Strength, Balance & Clarity
It has been a while since we’ve gathered in person.
This summer, I’m offering three opportunities to come together again –
to reconnect with practice, with one another, and with the quiet support of nature.
We’ll meet in a serene outdoor setting in Foster—simple, spacious, and deeply nourishing.
Across the three sessions, we’ll explore practices that support strength, balance, and cognitive well-being—simple, sustainable ways to care for the body, steady the mind, and remain engaged with life as it changes.
Each session will gently weave together:
- accessible movement
- breath and subtle body awareness
- mudra
- reflective readings
- time for rest and integration
